MEET ALYSSA FRANK, CMP
Hi! I’m Alyssa. I’m a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) with 15 years of experience in events and incentive travel. I help businesses create unforgettable experiences to celebrate, reward, and strengthen relationships with their clients, employees, and partners.
As the Founder of Covalent Events, I take ownership of the planning, logistics, and execution behind every event so business owners and leaders can spend their time and energy where it matters most: building relationships and being present with their guests.
The covalent bond metaphor is the foundation of my business philosophy. I’m helping organizations create and strengthen the bonds that drive loyalty, culture, retention, and business growth. The event itself is simply the vehicle.
There are a lot of event planners who can manage timelines, vendors, and logistics. My differentiator is that I understand the business purpose behind the event.
